Head Coaches
A CSM head coach is expected to represent Christ in character and service to youth through the game of soccer and through the creation and cultivation of mentoring relationships with the players and assistant coach on their team. Each coach is expected to fully participate in the ministry by running soccer practices that include leading Bible studies with their team, coaching on game days, and attending weekly coach development meetings. Coaches are responsible for their team and are expected to be involved and informed about the lives of their kids throughout the season.

Assistant Coaches
A CSM Assistant Coach will help the head coach in mentoring and coaching younger players. During the summer, former CSM participants between the ages of 14 and 18 are hired and fully participate in the ministry by helping run practices, attending assistant coach meetings, attending all games and outings, having a positive attitude, and actively serving the CSM community. During the Fall and Spring, volunteer assistant coaches of all ages are needed to assist in bus routes, running practice, and building and maintaining relationships with players.
Volunteer
We can use help during the year for various needs, such as fall and spring assistant coaching, refereeing, cheering teams on, taking pictures, helping game day set up and break down, and assistance with different tournaments events we host and are involved in.
In addition to on-the-field help, we are always looking for individuals or groups to sign up to pray for our teams. Fill out our volunteer application to join us!
Adopt a team
During each of our seasons, we invite groups of people to "adopt a team" during the ten weeks of our summer program. Our hope is to get 16 different groups (a couple of families, a couple of friends, or a small group, etc) who can together support a CSM team by simply by praying for them by name, cheering them on during their games or bringing a snack for the team to enjoy.
